How do I pay my weekly rent?

You will pay the rent directly on the landlord's bank account. You will get all the details on your arrival.

What will I find in the houses?

All the houses have internet broadband connection (WI-FI Internet), phone to receive or make calls both in England and abroad, steam iron, iron table, hoover to clean the house.

Who are the living in tennants?

They are boys and girls aged between 18 - 30 who are in London for work or study purposes. They can be either italians, french, spanish or residents in other european countries. We do not discriminate any race or religion.

How far are the houses from the centre of London?

Our flats in Bermondsey and Shadwell are basically located in the centre of London. The houses in New Cross, Lewisham and Brockley are in zone 2 so just a few minutes away from the city centre. The houses in Grove Park are 15 minutes from the centre. All the accommodations are walking distance to tube and rail stations (about 2 minutes). In Grove Park the houses are 5 minutes walking from the rail station.
